Hi Everyone,

To ensure that everyone can participate in a safe and positive atmosphere, we have established a set of rules for our forum. These rules are designed to promote mutual respect and civility among members, and to protect the integrity of our community. Please take the time to read and familiarize yourself with these guidelines, as they are mandatory for all members.

By joining Peptide Source, you agree to abide by these rules and help us maintain a welcoming and informative forum for all. Thank you for being a part of our community, and we look forward to your contributions!

1. No Unapproved Source Solicitation or Price Discussion

This forum is for discussing third party laboratory results, general reviews about vendors, and scientific research on peptides and research chemicals.

2. Be Civil & Constructive

Be civil & constructive. Engage in good faith. Trolls/agitators will be banned. Address the arguments, not the person. The subject of your sentence should be "the evidence" or "this source" or some other noun directly related to the topic of conversation. "You" statements are suspect.

3. Report Your Affiliations

If you're linking to or promoting your own site, or any vendor's site, you need to get pre-approval. Please use the contact form to get permission.

4. Keep It Science/Evidence Based

This is a science/evidence based forum. Usage of citations to support your claims is highly encouraged and may become mandatory.

5. Low-Quality Spam

Low-Quality Spam/Astroturfing is not allowed. Necroing posts, using throwaways to shill sites, spamming random posts/comment chains and more will result in a ban.

6. Submission Guidelines - Quality

Memes as top level submissions are not appropriate. Other low-scientific-quality content may also be removed.

7. Submission Guidelines - Titles

Generally link titles should be the original title of the article/study and/or a direct quote from it. If your submission is an article, please include the title of the study if possible. It helps find previous submissions and prevent duplicates. For when the study title isn't adequately descriptive see  https://archive.fo/9nVMa

Titles should include the month and year the study was published, and model where applicable. Eg: (Nov 2018, mice)

8. Submission Guidelines - Links

No plain links as text posts. If there is no need for a significant amount of text, which also can't be shared as a comment, then please submit your link as a link post.

No articles covering unpublished studies.

Please link directly to the study instead of pubmed. Linking to full-text articles on PMC is fine.

Use clean URLs - no extra stuff after the main URL.

9. Meta

Please use the stickied thread to give feedback/suggestions about the forum & its rules, and any forum-related discussion. Meta discussion elsewhere will be removed.

Excessive rule breaking may result in a ban.
