I'm not sure where to start.

I had strep that went septic two years ago and I have pretty severe depression and PTSD. I gained over 25lbs in a year, lost a ton of muscle mass at the same time. I eat an insane amount of calories since I got out of the hospital. I'm extremely low energy but stims make my nervous system freak out then I binge or drink beer to level it. The weight is making it even harder to have any motivation, and it's physically harder on my small frame.

I want to make better choices but need a jump start. I'm not obese but I can feel myself headed there because I'm so sedentary.

Ideally I'd like to commit to two months that I go hard on. And the motivation to change and create a better lifestyle, with some hope for better health.

I used to be on EMSAM and it was amazing- but too expensive without insurance so I supplement with Selegiline.

AOD? Tirz for 6 weeks? Metformin (this feels least ideal)?

Thanks in advance!
