What makes a great peptide company?
This is a question I've asked myself numerous times over the years. When we first started (back in 2010) with one of our other companies there were only 4 of us in the industry. Now there are literally hundreds.
Has this inundation with competition caused an emergence of a better user experience?
In some ways it absolutely has. Domestic manufacturing and the absolute necessity of third party testing are now industry standard and have, by and large, resulted in much greater consumer protection and confidence. So that is a win.
But on the other hand the "Land grab" so to speak has caused a number of fly-by-night players to emerge who have the singular goal of cashing in on the boom and taking rather than adding to our space.
Sometimes the biggest aren't always the best. Sometimes a personalized level of service and care, with an emphasis on your personal experience are what's important.
Don't get me wrong, there are many industry pioneers (Ourselves included) that have maintained the individualized approach that was so common 10 years ago. So in that spirit I want to pose the question again to you all.
What makes a good peptide company? What are the qualities, features, products etc... that mean the most to you? As a boutique wholesale company we know that every single client of ours is important and we tailor the user experience with that in mind.
