I dont understand how this is more expensive that compounded tirzeptide

I am currently getting 40mg a month (10mg a week) from a trusted source for 399 and I dont have to do anything but inject. The sites Ive seen with the peptides are approx 700 for 10x 5mg...therefore 140ish for 10mg. Extrapolated thats 560 for what im paying 399 for (also they will go up to 15mg per week for the same price)

What am I missing?
