Hey everyone!! I have been on Semaglutide from a compounding pharmacy for 9 months, it is going great and I am kind of cruising at a dose of .75 weekly. I am exploring peptides as an alternative. I am entirely clueless. Do you purchase the bac water from the vendor?  Years ago when I did IVF, I had to reconstitute some of my meds, so I am not scared of that part, but I will admit that I am not a math wiz and numbers are not my strong suit. If I were to obtain a 5mg vial, how much bac water would be appropriate to use? I know my pharmacy has a conversion charts that breaks things down into units, vs mgs. So I have always had it really explicitly explained to me. It makes me a little nervous to attempt this, but you all seem like you know what you are doing, so I thought I would ask here.

Thanks in advance!!
