Hi, I just wanted to see if I'm getting my calculations right here.

The dosing schedule for Tirzepatide is 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg for first 3 months coming to 60mg.

The dosing schedule for Semaglutide is 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1mg for first 3 months coming to 7mg.

Taking pricing off of Gensci biotech, 10x5mg Tirzepatide $770, 10x5mg Semaglutide $550, this comes to $15.40/mg or $11/mg for each, respectively.

So costs for first 3 months of each run to $77 vs $924.

And maintaining on the last dosage is $462 vs $44 per month respectively.

This seems like a much bigger gap than I was expecting.

Has anyone transitioned back to Semaglutide from Tirz due to pricing or availability?

I wonder if Tirz is going to keep getting squeezed on availability?
