Why is Tirzepatide more difficult to source?

I had bought tirz from arctic peptides and when I went to reup they no longer had it on their site. I emailed them and they basically said due to the lawsuits with elily they're not restocking tirz. BUT they have sema? Initially when looking i noticed that most peptide sites almost always have sema but its a hit or miss if they have tirz. Has anyone also noticed this?
